Imanol is a real estate and structured finance lawyer who regularly advises clients on high-value, complex transactions across Mexico. He has extensive experience in the acquisition, financing, development, joint venture structuring and disposal of commercial real estate assets, including hospitality, mixed-use, office and large-scale development projects. His clients include developers, private equity funds, institutional investors, international lenders and corporate groups. Imanol also has significant experience in complex M&A, structured lending and cross-border transactions involving real estate.
