Biography

Ignacio Armida is a Partner at Mijares Angoitia Cortés y Fuentes S.C. in Mexico, specializing in general corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, and real estate transactions. He advises buyers, sellers, and investors on M&A, joint ventures, strategic partnerships, and venture capital investments, including in the fintech sector. Ignacio also possesses significant expertise in cross-border transactions, infrastructure financing, liability restructuring, and securities issuances. He earned his Law Degree from Universidad Iberoamericana (2004), an LL.M. from Northwestern School of Law (2007), and a Business Certificate from Kellogg School of Management (2007). Prior to becoming a Partner in 2018, he was a Foreign Associate at Allen & Overy LLP.
