Horacio Estrada Loera

Horacio Estrada Loera is a Founding Partner at CDC Development de México, bringing over 30 years of extensive experience in real estate development, construction, and management. He is also a founding partner and developer of projects like Bajío Industrial Park and Puerto Logístico. His distinguished career includes roles as Vice President at Prologis, where he managed and developed 800,000 m2 of industrial space, and as Project Director for Hines, overseeing the development of Querétaro Industrial Park and Guadalajara Technology Park (approx. 300,000 m2). Mr. Estrada Loera holds an Architect degree from Universidad Anáhuac and a Master’s in Real Estate and Construction Management from Universidad Politécnica de Madrid.
