También se enfoca en transacciones de fusiones y adquisiciones en el sector inmobiliario, financiamiento de proyectos y proporciona asesoría legal general a promotores. En los últimos años, ha obtenido experiencia relevante en la industria de hotelería y entretenimiento asesorando a clientes en el desarrollo y operación de hoteles, gimnasios y clubes de campo. Es abogado con un LL.M. en Derecho Corporativo de NYU. Ha sido reconocido por la prestigiosa publicación Chambers and Partners como uno de los abogados líderes en real estate.
