Biography

Guven Giray is a founding partner of Atlas Desarrollos, President of the Board of Directors and responsible for business development and corporate finance. Previously Mr Giray served for 10 years in investment banking and was a Managing Director at Alfa Bank Russia (MD) based in London, a Managing Director at Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette based in London and New York, and a Managing Director at ING Barings based in London. Mr Giray worked at DG IV of the Commission of the European Union in Brussels and was called to the Bar of England & Wales. Academic qualifications include Barrister-at-Law and LLM Cambridge University.
