Biography

Gustavo O´Farrill Ayala is the Director Fundador of Creer TM, a firm he founded in 2016. With over 20 years of extensive experience in Real Estate, he holds a Master's in Business Administration and Economics, and a Bachelor's in Administration and Economics from Trinity College Dublin, along with a diploma in Philosophy specializing in Corporate Governance. O´Farrill Ayala specializes in advising companies, universities, and investment funds on the structuring, investment, and development of real estate projects, with a strong focus on family offices. His expertise spans leading expansion areas, project negotiation, real estate portfolio administration, construction, and facilities management. Previously, he served as Corporate Real Estate Director at Laureate International Universities México (UVM and Unitec), overseeing a portfolio of 130 properties and over 300 projects. He is also a board member for family groups, an Endeavor mentor, and a member of CoreNet Global.
