Biography

Gustavo Zarif Frayha é Diretor de Regulação Técnica e Fiscalização dos Serviços de Saneamento Básico na ARSESP - Agência Reguladora de Saneamento e Energia do Estado de São Paulo, cargo que ocupa desde abril de 2021. Engenheiro Civil pela FAAP, possui mestrado em Saneamento e Ambiente pela Unicamp. Sua vasta experiência inclui atuação como Especialista em Infraestrutura Sênior no Governo Federal, Subchefe Adjunto de Infraestrutura na Casa Civil, Chefe de Gabinete na Secretaria Nacional de Saneamento Ambiental do Ministério das Cidades e Diretor Presidente do DMAE. Também foi Secretário de Planejamento em Poços de Caldas e pesquisador do FLUXUS – Redes Técnicas e Sustentabilidade Socioambiental na Unicamp. Ele traz sólida expertise em regulação e gestão de infraestrutura de saneamento.
