Biography
Guillermo has an MBA in Entrepreneurship and a PHD in Economic and Political History. Founder and current CEO of the first private regional real estate fund (Mobiliare LATAM), managing 100+ assets in nine countries in Latin America. Founded, developed, and sold businesses in different industries including BPO (sold first division to TELUS (TIXT), and the second to One Equity partners, and jointly after to Webhelp of France through Rothschild as our representative. Additionally, sold the first credit bureau in the region to Trans Union, and was part of the initial investor group and Board of Dollar City in the region (recently partnered and sold equity to Dollarama (DOL.TO). Mobiliare Real Estate Solutions is a Latin American real estate operating company resulting from the consolidation of assets of several entrepreneurial leaders in 2020, specializing in the ownership, management, development and leasing of client-driven properties through build-to-suit and sale-and-leaseback structures.
