Francisco Montalvo G. is a Partner at Creel, García-Cuéllar, Aiza y Enríquez, S.C. and head of the firm's Monterrey Office, specializing in Real Estate and Mergers & Acquisitions. He advises multi-national and domestic companies on tourism, industrial, and residential developments, as well as M&A in Mexico. Montalvo has led significant projects, including Nucor's 130-hectare land acquisition and advising Prudential Real Estate Investors Latin America on forming Terrafina Fibra. Recognized by Chambers and Partners Latin America, The Legal 500, and Latin Lawyer for Real Estate, he holds a JD from ITAM and an LL.M from The University of Texas at Austin.
