Biography
Federico Goeters is a Managing Director - Equity, Debt & Structuring Finance at Cushman & Wakefield - Mexico. He is also recognized as a Capital Markets Managing Director within the firm. With over 15 years of experience in Private Equity and banking within the real estate sector, Mr. Goeters brings significant expertise to his role. Prior to his current position, he served as Managing Director for Aguirre Newman Mexico. He also held a key role at Banamex (Citigroup), where he was responsible for structuring over MXP$25,000MM in Residential and Commercial Real Estate credits. Federico holds an Industrial Engineering degree and a diploma in Corporate Finance.
