Esteban Saldarriaga
Biography
Esteban Saldarriaga has served as CEO of LPA since November 2022, after serving on the board of its predecessor entity for more than six years. From 2019 to 2024, he was a board member and part of the Investment Committee at Colombian Healthcare Properties, a Jaguar Growth Partners portfolio company. Prior to that, he held roles as Investment Principal, VP, and Associate at Jaguar Growth Partners, focusing on real estate in emerging markets. He also worked as an M&A Associate at Grupo Gloria in Lima, working on cross-border M&A, and as an Investment Banking Analyst at J.P. Morgan in Bogota, covering a broad array of sectors. Esteban holds an MBA from Columbia Business School and degrees in Economics from Pontificia Universidad Javeriana.
