Erez Cohen
Biography
Erez Cohen is the Co-Founder and Co-CEO of Urbium GDI, a real estate investment and development firm focused on the Mexican industrial sector. He manages fundraising, acquisitions, and development activities. With over 12 years in the industry, Cohen has been involved in $3.5-$4.5 billion in transactions across Mexico, the U.S., and Brazil. At Thor Urbana, he helped manage the acquisition and development of nearly 12 million square feet of real estate, worth over $2 billion. His previous roles include positions at Apollo Real Estate Advisors, The Carlyle Group, and Evercore Partners. Cohen holds degrees from Manhattan College and the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. He is a Board Member of the Urban Land Institute, where he received the Rising Star Award, and the author of the bestseller "Real Estate Titans."
