Eduardo Guémez
Biography
Mr Guemez is currently a Managing Director for Ares Management Mexico. As such he oversees investment activities for Ares vehicles in Mexico. Before joining Ares Mr Guemez was CIO for Walton Street Capital Mexico and prior to that he was CIO for MPR. F 2006 to 2015 served as Managing Director and CEO for LaSalle Investment Management Mexico. Prior to joining LaSalle Mr. Güémez was a Managing Director for Equity with GE Real Estate in Mexico and previously led GE Equity’s Mexico operations. Mr. Güémez received an M.S. in Operations Research from Stanford University and holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from ITESM. He is a currently a board member of Kidzania, AMPIP and Amexcap.
