Diego Gutierrez is the Founder and Director of Development at GND Properties, a company specializing in luxury intergenerational real estate projects, including hotels and residential developments in Mexico. He possesses extensive expertise in the Mexican real estate market, having previously served as a Managing Partner and Head of Asset Management and Financing at Walton Street Capital Mexico. Mr. Gutierrez's background also includes a role as a Deal Leader at GE Capital Real Estate, where he was responsible for underwriting debt and equity transactions in Mexico. He holds a B.A. in Finance and Accounting from Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de México and an M.B.A. in Finance from New York University's Leonard N. Stern School of Business. GND Properties creates value through the development and management of unique real estate projects, implementing best practices for efficient and profitable development.
