Corban leads investment strategy for Georgetown Partners. They are a Washington, DC-based real estate investment sponsor. They are currently focused on value-add and opportunistic investments as a direct sponsor as well as identifying partners (both developers and sponsors) to provide co-GP capital investments. Corban has a depth of experience in acquisitions, bridge debt, distressed assets, and development across the US.
