Biography

Chris has been in the international title and escrow business since 1996. He pioneered international escrow services as a founding partner and CEO of Stewart Title Latin America. Chris has managed escrow operations in over 20 countries, and led the opening of local offices throughout Mexico (Los Cabos, Riviera Maya, Puerto Vallarta, Tijuana and Guadalajara), Costa Rica, Dominican Republic, St. Kitts, Anguilla and St. Lucia. His experience adds up to over 200,000 successful escrow transactions totaling many billions of dollars.
Chris was also a founding investor/partner of Sotheby's International Realty Mexico in 2005 and, beginning in 2017, led a major turnaround of SIR Mexico, which was experiencing annualized multimillion dollar losses.

AlianzEscrow

AlianzEscrow was formed in 2023 and is a group of experienced veterans in the international escrow business. The sole focus of AlianzEscrow is to provide elite escrow services for international financial transactions, primarily real estate, M&A, large commercial and other transfer of assets. Escrow is an essential and critical piece of all international real estate transactions, as it provides a professional 3rd party to hold funds while the transaction is being prepared for closing.
