Carlos Camacho
Biography
Carlos leads the practice areas of: International Trade & Foreign Investment, Real Estate and Government Affairs. He focuses on counseling during the process of investment in Costa Rica or consolidation of commercial transactions, both to companies and individuals. He assists multinational companies in the establishment of their business, including companies wishing to enter the Free Trade Zone Regime. He has also participated in the structuring and execution of Public Private Partnerships to create public insfrastructure required for land development. He has vast experience in due diligence of properties, structuring and closing of sale and purchase deals and advising in property and maritime zone regulations. He has expertise in adivising real estate developers in the planning and execution of property development. He has participated in the negotiation of purchase and lease agreements for industrial and corporate space and the development of hospitality projects.
