Biography

Mr. Aspe is CINUK’s Co-Founder and Business Development Director, as well as a Member of CINUK’s Investment Committee. Mr. Aspe has nine years of experience in real estate in project originations, structuring, project commercialization and management with Insignia Capital and Grupo Proyecta. He has developed, sold and managed 13 projects; 800 homes, 111,000 square meters of retail space and 600 hectares of land. Mr. Aspe received a BS in Law from UIA and a MBA from the Instituto Empresa (IE).

CINUK (virtuous cycle in Latin) was founded in 2017 and is a vertically integrated real estate platform (fund raising, land purchase, conceptualization, development, construction management, commercialization and operations) focused in urban development in Mexico and the United States.
