Biography
Bernardo has a wide-ranging experience actively involved in the acquisition, development and financing of real estate transactions in all markets of the industry (residential, commercial, industrial, hospitality, etc.). He has represented developers, private equity funds and pension fund managers, both local and foreign, in the acquisition, development, financing and disposition of real estate assets in Mexico and the Carribean. Bernardo also represents real estate funds regarding their investments in Mexico, including acquisition, financing, development and management of their assets. Bernardo has been involved in the acquisition, development and finance of hotels, resorts, private and branded residences in Mexico and the Caribbean. Also, Bernardo has been deeply involved in management, franchise and operating agreements for hotels and the construction of hospitality real estate projects.
