Biography

Armando Ide Nualart, a Civil Engineer from Universidad Católica, serves as the Real Estate Manager at Grupo Biba. As a co-founder of Inmobiliaria Su Ksa (now Grupo Biba) in 2006, he has been pivotal in the company's expansion, overseeing the sale and delivery of over 20,000 apartments. With nearly two decades of experience in the real estate sector, his expertise lies in developing significant residential projects, including high-rise constructions. Earlier in his career, he was the general manager of Constructora Lago Rapel, where he managed major developments in downtown Santiago. His leadership has been crucial in positioning Grupo Biba as a prominent developer in high-rise residential construction.
