Biography
Bachelor’s in finance by the ITESM and MBA by McCombs School of Business (University of Texas). He has 15 years of experience in the financial sector. He is the founder of Adamantine (2010) and he previously began his career at GBM as the Director of Corporate Debt. He led the restructuring process of various Mexican, Brazilian and Argentine companies. He was the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Adamantine until 2019, the group that he has led since its conceptualization and responsible for the restructuring and acquisition of GMAC Financiera SA de CV, SOFOM, ENR. Currently he is Chairman of Ascendancy Group dedicated to Distress Asset Investments, Real Estate Development, Hospitality, and Alternative Investments.
