Biography
He serves as Structuring Director and has more than 20 years of experience in real estate design, structuring, development, and investment. He joined Avenida in 2013 (+11 years) and is responsible for managing the Manager's co-investments, as well as the structuring process of new initiatives or restructuring of existing assets.

Before joining Avenida, he worked for AR Construcciones, where he led the group responsible for planning and designing residential, commercial, and office projects. Prior to joining AR Construcciones, he was a member of the design team of the renowned Colombian architect Gabriel Cure. Before working with Gabriel Cure, he was part of the Ingeurbe team, where he participated in development, design, and structuring teams.

Angel is an Architect from University Piloto de Colombia, with executive training in Finance from Sergio Arboleda University.
