As the Director of Business Development in JLL's Value & Risk Advisory group, I am responsible for spearheading new marketing initiatives to drive growth and expand our reach in Mexico, Central America, and the Caribbean. I proactively research organizations and individuals to identify untapped opportunities, with a focus on increasing the value we provide to current customers and attracting new ones. By finding and cultivating new markets, I continuously improve our sales performance. Additionally, I diligently support and implement proposal strategies that maximize our winning potential and drive ongoing improvements across all stages, from initial prospecting to RFI/RFP responses and presentations. My mission is to drive innovation and foster mutually beneficial partnerships that fuel the success and growth of both our clients and JLL's Value & Risk Advisory Services division.
