Biography

Alvaro Chinchayán is the Country Manager - Perú for Logistic Properties of the Americas (LPA), a prominent developer and manager of industrial and logistics real estate. Holding this position since 2016, he leads LPA's operations in Peru, focusing on high-quality industrial spaces. Chinchayán has played a key role in achieving full occupancy at facilities such as Parque Logístico Callao, reflecting the strong demand for prime logistics real estate in the region. His prior experience includes general manager roles at BSF Almacenes del Perú and Papelera Alfa. He holds an MBA from Incae Business School and a Civil Engineering degree from Ricardo Palma University, underpinning his expertise in the sector.
