Alonso Ibarzabal started his real estate career as an analyst in the Capital Markets team at CBRE led by Ernesto Rodriguez and Santiago Mjares. Over the two years spent at CBRE Alonso worked on various Industrial portfolios amounting up to $700M USD in sales price and recahing cap rates below 7% in prime markets.
