Allan Rodriguez

Allan Rodriguez is the Founder and Managing Partner of FCS Capital, a Costa Rica-based investment banking firm established in 2011 to promote capital market development in Central America. With over 25 years in financial markets, including 15 as an investment banker and entrepreneur, Allan has led M&A and fundraising transactions exceeding US$1.2 billion. His career began as a Director at Provident Group Inc. in New York. He also served as a Corporate Finance professor at the University of Costa Rica and INCAE. He holds a Bachelor's in Economics and a Master in Business Economics, demonstrating deep expertise in investment banking and regional market development.
