Alfredo Cohen

Alfredo Cohen is the CEO of Constructora Sambil (Grupo Sambil), a leading real estate and construction company. An alumnus of Universidad Metropolitana with a degree in Civil Engineering, he represents the second generation of this family business, founded by his father, Salomón Cohen Levy, in 1958. Cohen has been integral to the company's growth, overseeing its operations across Venezuela, the Dominican Republic, Curaçao, and Spain. Under his leadership, Constructora Sambil has developed numerous residential buildings, hotels, and a prominent chain of 14 shopping centers, including the iconic Sambil Caracas and Sambil Outlet in Madrid. Recognized as one of Bloomberg's 500 most influential people in Latin America, he is committed to ethical practices and fostering national development.
