25+ years of experience in the financial business within which you have participated in areas of corporate banking, investment and private banking. His expertise includes the evaluation of investment projects, business valuation placement of corporate loans and private placements and public capital, in addition to business consulting and corporate governance as a member of number of Center for Excellence in Corporate Governance (Deloitte-Universidad Anahuac del Sur) and the Mexican Institute of Finance Executives (IMEF) Chairman of the Board Guadalajara Mexico 2003 and National Board member. In 2010 was appointed Chairman and CEO of Prever Consulting SC firm specializing in Risk, Corporate Finance. Co-founder of the Family Office Mexico.
