Biography
Alessandro Pighini boasts a robust career in finance, with over a decade at Deutsche Bank AG Investment Banking in London and Paris, where he specialized in fixed income and structured finance as Vice-President, focusing on private debt solutions for real estate, infrastructure, and corporate debt across Europe, participating in deals exceeding €5 billion. He also held roles at Pictet & Cie Asset Management and Compagnie de Trésorerie Benjamin de Rothschild in Geneva. In 2016, he co-founded Casco Development & Partners, a real estate private equity firm backed by $120 million in private capital, developing 70,000 sqm of mixed-use assets for urban regeneration. Currently, Mr. Pighini is a Partner at Sienna Private Equity, a Pan-European mid-market buyout fund with over €400 million in commitments, targeting buy-and-build platforms and high-quality businesses in complex transactions.
