Alejandro Antillon Appel is a Managing Partner - Real Estate at EY Centroamérica, based in Costa Rica. He leads the real estate and hospitality division at EY Law, where he advises high-end developers, asset managers, and hospitality chains on transactional, financing, regulatory, and operational matters. He also contributes to the corporate, M&A, and asset planning divisions. Mr. Antillon Appel is recognized as a leading real estate and hospitality lawyer, earning distinctions such as a "star individual" from Chambers Latin America and "leading lawyer" rankings from The Legal 500 and IFLR1000.
