Biography
He is General Manager (CEO) and Partner at Core Capital SAFI since 2016. Previously, he was General Manager of Concordia Capital Group and Board Member and CEO of Popular SAFI. He has over 22 years of experience in finance and more than 18 years as CEO in regulated and private asset-management firms, having structured and managed funds with traditional and alternative strategies across public and private markets. He is Vice President and Board Member of ASAFI, Board Member of PROCAPITALES, member of the Capital Markets Advisory Council in Peru, and Board Member of ASCLA. Core Capital
Core Capital SAFI is a fund management company regulated and supervised by the Peruvian Securities Market Superintendency (SMV). It focuses on structuring and managing real estate investment funds targeted at affluent and high-net-worth investors (HNWIs). As Core Capital Group, it operates in Peru (as a SAFI) and in Colombia (through the external-manager structure). The investment funds it manages invest in real estate developments of the EDIFICA group in both Peru and the United States.
