Biography
Khadija Benzit is Director of Real Estate at Mubadala Investment Company, where she leads the firm’s global real estate business across North America, Europe, and Asia. In this role, she is responsible for defining the real estate investment strategy, directing capital allocation across markets and sectors, overseeing asset management and performance across a globally diversified portfolio spanning equity, credit, and structured investments. She is also responsible for driving the development of strategic partnerships and the continued expansion of Mubadala’s real estate activities globally. Khadija brings years of experience at Mubadala and has been instrumental in shaping and growing its real estate business into a globally integrated, multi-strategy portfolio. Since joining in 2017, she has led investments across key markets and sectors, with a strong track record of disciplined execution, value creation, and long-term partnership development.
