Karan Malhotra is the Senior Director – West India at The Executive Centre (TEC), where he leads strategic growth, business development, and market expansion across the region. With over a decade of experience spanning real estate, flexible workspaces, retail, and hospitality, and more than 12 years with TEC, he has been instrumental in driving revenue growth, strengthening industry partnerships, and expanding the company’s presence across West India and Sri Lanka.
