José Garcia Cedrun
Biography
José has over 13 years of real estate experience. Jose is responsible for the investment activity of Chenavari in Spain. He has acquired several NPL portfolios in exceeds of €600M in Spain and originated direct lending over a total amount of €200M. He was also board member of Merlin Properties Socimi. Prior to this, José was Director of the Investment Team at Drago Capital (a €2.7B real estate private equity manager) and participated in all the deals structured by Drago over the last decade with a total investment volume of €3.0bn predominantly in the Iberia region. He holds a degree in Business Administration from the Complutense University of Madrid and a MA Real Estate Business Management from ICADE.
