Jon Strang
Biography
Jon is a Managing Director on Cain’s European investment team and leads the firm’s industrial & logistics and net lease strategies. He has more than 12 years of investment experience totalling more than €2 billion of Sale-Leaseback, Build to Suit, Net Lease and speculative development transactions in the UK, Nordics, Germany, France, Benelux, Iberia, Italy and CEE. Previously, Jon was Managing Director at Blackbrook Capital, a specialist real estate investment manager focused on future-proof supply chain infrastructure and mission-critical, sustainable commercial property. Prior to that, he worked at Clarion Partners, an investment manager specialising in industrial properties in Europe, as well as at J. P. Morgan Cazenove in its investment banking division where he covered diversified industrial companies and the mining sector. Jon graduated with first-class honours from Oxford University with a Master of Engineering in Engineering Science.
