Biography
Joe joined Zenzic in December 2025 as Head of Asset Management, where he oversees the execution of business plans across ZERCO’s investment portfolio. His role is focused on strengthening liquidity throughout the investment hold period and positioning assets for successful exits. Core responsibilities include: Designing and executing value-accretive business plans Challenging and supporting management teams/sponsors Driving process improvement and team optimisation Forecasting liquidity and ensuring covenant compliance Leading advisor engagement and investor reporting.
