Jill Xiaozhou Ju

Jill Ju is the Founder and CEO of True North Management, a fast-growing flexible living platform with £350m+ AUM across prime central London locations. Backed by Swiss Life Asset Manger, one of Europe’s leading institutional real estate investors, the platform is on track to exceed £1bn AUM as it continues to expand. Jill has a background spanning investment management, finance and leadership, bringing a dynamic, multi-disciplinary approach to the industry. The firm's core team is made up of industry experts from the real estate and hospitality sector, driven by the desire to transform the way people live and stay in London. Previously, Jill held the position of Chief Investment Officer at The Collective, where she co-created the pioneering COLIV fund. Prior to that, she was Investment Director at Greystar, overseeing a £2bn+ student housing portfolio while spearheading investor relationships and the company’s expansion strategy in Asia.
