Biography
Jan Du Bois is a Partner and Managing Director for Belgium, Spain, and Portugal at Mitiska REIM, a leading specialist investor in convenience real estate across Europe. He joined Mitiska REIM in 2006. In his role, he has been instrumental in significant transactions, including the successful sale of Belgian and Portuguese retail park portfolios, demonstrating expertise in active asset management and value-add programs. He also plays a key role in strategic partnerships for new industrial developments. Prior to Mitiska REIM, Jan gained experience as a retail real estate consultant at Cushman & Wakefield. He holds postgraduate and master's degrees in Real Estate, HR Management, and Applied Economics.
