Irene Pfeiffer
Biography
Irene Pfeiffer is Head of Business Development at Nido Living, a leading European student accommodation platform. She took on this role following the company's landmark acquisition of the Livensa Living portfolio from Brookfield in 2025. She is central to driving Nido's growth across its Iberian markets, leading relationships with investors, universities, public stakeholders and others within the sector as the platform scales towards its target of 25,000 beds across Europe by 2031. With more than 12 years’ experience in the Iberian real estate market, Irene previously served as Investment Director at Livensa Living, where she developed deep expertise in PBSA investment, forming institutional partnerships across Spain and Portugal. Irene holds a dual degree in International Management from ICADE and ESB Business School and completed the International Real Estate Programme at IESE Business School.
