Vinay Kushwaha is a seasoned operations and strategy leader with over two decades of experience across FMCG and real estate. Currently the COO of Bombay Realty at The Bombay Dyeing & Manufacturing Co. Ltd., he drives end-to-end business transformation and growth for the real estate vertical. Before this, Vinay spent 13+ years at Britannia Industries, where he held senior roles including Chief Technical & Strategy Officer and Chief Supply Chain Officer, and previously held leadership positions at Dabur and Unilever across India, Asia, and North Africa. With deep expertise in supply chain, operations, and strategic planning, Vinay is known for driving efficiency, scaling businesses, and leading large, cross-functional teams across global markets.
