Vikaash Khdloya
Biography
Vikaash Khdloya, formerly the Deputy CEO & COO at EMBASSY OFFICE PARKS REIT, is a distinguished finance and real estate veteran with over two decades of experience, including 14 years in the real estate sector. He was instrumental as part of the core team that launched Embassy REIT, India's first publicly listed REIT. During his tenure, he played a crucial role in its growth to become Asia's largest office REIT by area. Khdloya previously served as a Managing Director in the Real Estate Group at Blackstone India and held a Vice President role at Piramal Fund Management. Academically, he is a Fellow Chartered Accountant (Gold Medallist), a Certified Fraud Examiner, a Certified Internal Auditor, and a CFA charter holder. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Commerce from Osmania University.
