Venkatesh Gopalkrishnan serves as President & Chief Investment Officer at Shapoorji Pallonji Real Estate. With nearly three decades of experience spanning real estate, financial services, and infrastructure, he joined the Shapoorji Pallonji Group in 2010. He has been instrumental in driving the growth of the real estate business, having previously served as CEO since 2016. Gopalkrishnan played a key role in incubating and developing the Joyville Shapoorji Housing brand and actively manages crucial relationships with stakeholders, investors, and partners. His extensive career also includes leadership positions at Westport Capital Partners India and Ernst & Young. He holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering and a Master of Business Administration in Finance.
