With experience in Finance, logistics, W/H management, Udai aims to make Adarsh Marketing the most successful and efficient warehousing and logistics firm in the country. Udai is taking the family business (Logistics) forward. He deals with warehousing and transportation for various brands like Dabur, Castrol, TATA, J&J, Godrej, Whirlpool, Asian paints, Amway, etc. Currently present in North-India, they aim to expand their roots pan-India. His current role includes process implementation, KPI design & implementation, performance monitoring, w/h operations, operation excellence, solution designing, project roll out & implementation, revenue enhancement, transport mgmt, 3PLs, requirement mgmt, risk assessment, supplier base assessment.
