Tina Rawla serves as the Chief Financial Officer at Hines - India, where she leads finance and operations, including accounting, taxation, legal, and compliance. A vital member of Hines' senior leadership team in India, she has been instrumental in the firm's expansion since 2010. Her achievements include successfully closing over $1 billion in debt financing for development assets and contributing to deal closures, investment structuring, and due diligence. A qualified Chartered Accountant, Tina is also dedicated to mentoring women leaders in real estate.
