Sunil Shroff
Biography
Sunil Shroff is the Head - Property Management at Lake Shore India, where he is responsible for overseeing budgeting, leasing, marketing, tenant fit-out, and operations for the company's operating portfolio. He also handles pan-India operations, retail fit-out management, customer relationships, and P&L objectives for operating malls. With over 25 years of experience in retail real estate, Sunil previously served as CEO of Viviana Mall before joining Lake Shore in 2018. His extensive career includes senior roles at Inorbit Malls, Sodexo, and the Wadhwa Group, beginning with the Taj Group of Hotels in 1995. Sunil holds a degree in hotel management from Rizvi College Mumbai and a B.Com from the University of Mumbai. He was awarded the "Best Shopping Center Manager Award" in 2013 by the Indian Shopping Center Association.
