Biography
Suhas K. Lunkad serves as the Chairman & Managing Director of Rohan Builders & Developers. A civil engineer with a Bachelor of Engineering from COEP Technological University, he brings over three decades of experience in the construction and real estate sectors. Prior to founding Rohan Builders in January 1993, he held leadership roles at Ashoka Buildcon Limited. At Rohan Builders, Mr. Lunkad spearheads business planning, policies, and strategies, guiding the company to execute over 150 projects across India. His vision has diversified the group into real estate, infrastructure, and industrial contracting, establishing Rohan Builders as a leading name, consistently rated DA2+ by CRISIL.
