Sudarshan Lodha is the Co-Founder of StrataProp (also known as Strata), an innovative platform that has democratized commercial real estate investment in India through fractional ownership. As CEO of Strata, he is responsible for leading the company's strategic roadmap, driving innovation, and overseeing operations. Lodha co-founded Strata in 2019, envisioning to make premium commercial real estate accessible and affordable to a wider audience, not just the ultra-rich. He is a firm believer in leveraging technology for data-driven investment approaches and emphasizes investor education. Before Strata, he served as a Partner at YSS Legal and an Associate at the Office of the Solicitor General of India, gaining significant expertise in real estate law and private equity. His areas of expertise include real estate investment, real estate law, strategic planning, and financial analysis.
