With over 30 years of experience in workplace transformation, real estate, and design, he leads strategy and change assignments across India and globally. A Civil Engineer by background, Sharma brings deep expertise in sustainable workplaces, ESG, NetZero carbon footprint, and workplace wellbeing, drawing on certifications from prestigious universities. He is instrumental in AWA's India expansion and a regular speaker on environmental and workplace topics.
