Biography
Senthil is responsible for leasing and stakeholder management for Nucleus’s South India portfolio. With over 15 years of experience in real estate, private equity and investment banking, Senthil brings a strategic and solution-oriented approach to any problem. His deep cross-functional knowledge of real estate enables him to add value to clients and internal stakeholders alike. Senthil has led several marquee transactions in his diversified experience. He is an Electrical Engineer and has an MBA from IIM Kozhikode.
