Biography
Mr. Rohit is a seasoned real estate leader with over 18 years of experience in P&L management, business development, and large-scale project leadership across India and international markets. Currently serving as CEO of Bombay Dyeing – Bombay Realty, he also leads CapitaLand India as Business Head – Tamil Nadu. Previously, he held senior leadership roles at Godrej Properties as Projects Director and at Lodha Group, where he spearheaded operations as Head of the China Office in Shanghai and led business units in Mumbai. His career began with Shapoorji Pallonji Group, where he built a strong foundation in business development.
